Rachel grew up in an entrepreneurial home in New York, fascinated by how employees' behavior changed when "the Boss" was around. This curiosity led her to pursue a degree in Business Behavioral Science.

While a driven Visionary herself, Rachel also supports driven entrepreneur as a spouse and through her work with entrepreneurs in her EOS practice. She has a passion for bridging relationship gaps, especially when one partner is a Visionary.

Together with her husband, Ezra, they grew Poly Craft Industries, a flexo printing company, threefold using EOS tools. Rachel is an EOS Implementer, author of Empowered COO, and a coach for those recovering from codependence.
